What is Spirit’s Highest Vision for (this community)

  • love, community fellowship, pure grace, Deb home
  • to stay together, physical building, continue growing evolving groups, meeting the needs of the family, more than one service on Sunday or 1 Sunday and 1 Saturday, advertise
  • conditions so pleasant, loving, spiritual that we can’t get enough, we can hardly wait for Sunday to see our friends, meet new ones, sing together, pray together, gain knowledge and keep getting happier
  • community becomes a leader, safe place for spiritual people in greater community, a beacon for people who are looking for a community, people want to come because they feel fed
  • many voices dancing in the rain, tall trees, a lake
  • cohesive, energetic
  • powerful presence for NT in the Mid Atlantic region, a place where lots of diversity and yet a common thread of truth / wisdom runs through all
  • sing out in joy, loving, supporting, really seeing each other and the greater Baltimore community, know the absolute truth, “sister act” we can go out into the community, remove the bars
  • namaste seeing God in everything and everyone no mater how difficult, belonging not only in thought but in spirit, active fellowship, really getting to experience one another, saying yes and helping others to see that yes, a peaceful place
  • spirit to attract people here, raised consciousness to a great degree, publications, recordings, online presence helping those in crisis more
  • organ or oregon (not sure)
  • loving, giving, contributing members, self sustaining
  • childlike innocence, loving unconditionally, visceral experience of love in our community, nature retreats, re-empowering, revitalizing, living space for all to share the work, harmony
  • connectedness, flowing warmth
  • step up and do whatever needs doing, lots of different people volunteering, use the void to do more than I think I can
  • sea scene, lighthouse, ships with port starboard running lights, guidance to path in/out thru and around, because I know where others are I know where I am

What must I/we become to empower this vision?

  • practitioner, open, faithful, free, prosperous, spirit
  • continue to grow (basics and beyond), empower follis in the community, REMAIN OPEN / WELCOME INNER CHANGE [aware that we’re magnets]
  • all work together and not bicker and complain, respect others views, come to CSL every meeting with a hopeful and positive attitude, this I will and can do
  • present involved, willing to accept a bigger me, spokesperson for the community, let everyone know
  • joyful openhearted walking forward no turning back
  • focus energy
  • welcoming, reach out, open and receptive, community centered leadership, available, grounded in truth, purple rhinos, trust what is but be clear on intention, work together shoulder to shoulder
  • leaders, unafraid to stand in truth with ourselves, each other and publicly, okay to be lights (beacons)
  • open and free without judgement, fearless in our actions no limitations when it comes to love, love a person where they are, don’t be phony people can tell, be genuine
  • step out of my “old skin”, let go of the oars, surrender, trust the heart vision
  • open to everything
  • engaged, interested, thoughtful, patient
  • worker bees, ants
  • fluid, directed, focused
  • braver, less shy, more focused, a focus on Jeffrey’s death as a call to us to grow and be more, go deeper, radical acceptance of what has happened and commitment to pulling every ounce of good out of it
  • 1st thought — talkback table discussion after talks for change finding where you / others are, become more engaged with each other as sprinter pilgrims

What must be released?

  • see poem “lost” (David Wagner)? hiding?
  • grief silos fear control anger / hatred, cliques
  • what was (I say thank you)
  • my own feeling that I know best, my own feeling that things should look the way I want
  • the need to replace Jeffrey, fear things soon to be the same, idea we are small community
  • clots, blockages
  • reliance on comfort fear
  • my attachment to its form and how its demonstrated, truth begets truth, love begets love, poverty / lack consciousness
  • let go of pride and judgement, let go of smallness — “intimacy only happens in a small community”
  • preconceived notions about people, gender, sexual, orientation (prejudice), love must be released, fear of the unknown, how will we know until you try
  • stressors, complaints, judgement, old habits, anything bad for my (our) body’s health — so my ensouled self can work with body and mind
  • limitations, thinking that it needs to look a certain way
  • our comfort level with what was once here when Jeffrey our leader
  • intense sadness, grief, hopelessness, lethargy
  • doubt
  • longing for what used to be, comparison to how things were, holding on to what’s lost, learn how to release the grief over Jeffrey’s loss

What must be embraced?

  • we are like the raisins and fruit in a fruitcake without the matrix of the “whole”, embrace the all of it/us connected, vibrating with each other
  • each other music love differences harmony
  • what is and can be more (I say yes)
  • love everyone even when they have differences of opinions and ideas, respect everyone
  • all people in community, make sure they are welcome, ask for things we need, embrace offers new ideas
  • a potholder
  • the unknown
  • my inner voice, Vicki Hess’s pink socks, the abundant nature of God - we must embrace that we are always enough exactly as we are and that we have everything we need RIGHT NOW “JOY” Embrace it fully JOY, JOY, JOY JOY, JOY
  • the truth that “I am that”
  • self esteem, self confidence, embracing a stranger, your light will shine and they will see, accepting things that appear different
  • life is a series of goodbyes, embrace that the time is NOW for change
  • our mission
  • openness, everyone’s ideas, a shared mentality for moving forward
  • plentitude, sharing the wealth, secure foundation, ANCHORING
  • loss, creativity, love
  • open to idea of a new minister, change, deeper appreciation of the principles

Is there any other information that is needed in this moment?

  • am I willing? about half way which is more than me up to now
  • joy, serenity, purple rhinoceros — humor YES!
  • yes here it is - to continue with what is and evolve as Spirit moves in us - I see a church with us in it. I see offices and a rehearsal hall and everything and more than we could ever need. I see everyones needs being met by each other and more... I see the community as family continuing to grow and expand — remaining open even perhaps two services - more people - more members, more family, growing hugh _____ (radio too) (already is podcasts) (already is commercial outreach work) YES! I AM WILLING!!! to serve to give to be with love
  • faith to know we will realize our highest vision yes I am
  • there is such a feeling of hope in the larger community and is the time to let everyone know we are here and what we stand for
  • left brain yes I am
  • awake to spirit inspiring from unexpected and expected directions
  • you can do it, just that all the resources that are need for the full embodiment of this center as a wisdom center are already at hand and spirit pleasure is to deliver them with grace and ease YES YES WE CAN
  • love and truth YES!!
  • confront the things we fear and yet don’t understand, don’t make promises that are not realistic, be still and listen God doesn’t come in confusion and I say yes always BREATH!!! EXHALE!!!
  • REMEMBER you are an old soul, a powerful, eternal being light, please fill in the mold we are ready
  • ground being staked out
  • strong leadership from members, maturity of all, yes I am willing
  • silent meditation, devotion blending with other like minded communities
  • space
  • bring in more new energy with guest ministries. Continue grief support so nobody feels rushed through their pain. Encourage greater vision that what I do is valuable more mode of what can I give instead of what can I get every Sunday
