Class Policies

Registration Information

Tuition for each accredited class in the 100 and 200 series is $110 for the 8-week session. You may choose to pay in full by the second class, or pay weekly at the rate of $17 per class. If you are reviewing a course, you may be eligible for the half-off review rate. RSB members receive a $10 discount. Call or email to see if you qualify for reduced rates.

Other classes may have varying tuitions; check each individual class' page for full details. 

Class Locations

Most of our classes are held at the RSB Learning Center, at 26 W Susquehanna Avenue in Towson. Click here for a map and detailed directions.

Some classes are also held at the home of our staff minister, the Rev. Dr. Judy Powell. Click here for directions and contact information.

Scholarships

Several work-study scholarships are available to local students who want to take classes but find the tuition difficult to manage. Those on the scholarship program commit to 8 weeks of service to the RSB community through acting as a greeter, hospitality person, or class registrar. Contact Rev. Jeffrey for more details.

Credit and Make Ups

To receive credit for accredited classes, you must attend 7 of the 8 sessions and complete all classwork. Classes are recorded, so if you miss a class, you have the option to purchase a class recording to catch up.
